1. We can help you select your equipment. Doing an online assessment or walking the property and asking a few key questions, we will be able to design the perfect solution for your situation.
2. We are surveillance professionals. We will be able to provide you with recommendations to help determine your best option.
3. How much money are you losing? We can show you how to determine how much shrinkage is being caused by not having a comprehensive surveillance system in place.
4. After determining the amount of savings you could receive with a surveillance system in place, we will put together an estimate with the equipment you have requested or has been recommended by us as professionals.
5. We can give you a live demonstration. Ask your representative to see our cams in action. This will give you the opportunity to see the quality for yourself.
6. Determine an installation date. Installation typically begins 5-10 business days after you give the thumbs up.

Price- We believe in quality not quantity. So you can rest assured that you will not have to choose between price, quality or service. We pride ourselves on all three.
Time Frame- After signing the contract your installation will be scheduled within 5-10 business days. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours per camera or device. However that may fluctuate depending on complexity.
Warranty- You can count on STG’s equipment. We stand by our equipment, and only carry products that match our high standard. All equipment is covered by a 3 year warranty. All work performed by STG is backed by a 5 year installation warranty. Ask your rep for more information.
Remedies- If something goes wrong or you need to make changes with your system, all you have to do is give us a call and we will move quickly to restore or replace any components that are ineffective.
